I offer 3 classes, each with a different theme. Each class will consist of a main dish, 2 fresh market tapas, and a dessert. All the ingredients are very high quality, seasonal, fresh and local, organic if available, and respectful of the environment.

About the classes

These are hands-on classes. Because there is a maximum of 8 people, they are also very personalized, with plenty of discussion and attention from me.

Celiacs and dairy intolerant are welcome! I have chosen only dishes that are either naturally dairy and gluten free, or easily adapted to be so without compromising the tradition or the flavor.

How many students are in each class?
Maximum 8 people. Our minimum is 6 people for the price the classes are advertised. But feel free to contact me if you want a private class.


What is included in the classes?

  • Meal with a main dish + 2 side dishes + dessert
  • Water and wine
  • Apron and all the equipment needed
  • Digital pdf with recipes that will be sent after taking the class


What if I have an allergy or dietary restriction?
Please, let me know before reserving to make sure I can make the needed adjustments


What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel the class, you have until 72 hours before the start time of the class to cancel and get a refund. After that we cannot refund you or change the day of your class. You can, however, offer your seat to a friend.


Is your kitchen handicap accessible?
Yes, the building has an elevator and is completely handicap accessible.
