These are hands-on classes. Because there is a maximum of 8 people, they are also very personalized, with plenty of discussion and attention from me.
Celiacs and dairy intolerant are welcome! I have chosen only dishes that are either naturally dairy and gluten free, or easily adapted to be so without compromising the tradition or the flavor.
How many students are in each class?
Maximum 8 people. Our minimum is 6 people for the price the classes are advertised. But feel free to contact me if you want a private class.

What is your cancellation policy?
If you need to cancel the class, you have until 72 hours before the start time of the class to cancel and get a refund. After that we cannot refund you or change the day of your class. You can, however, offer your seat to a friend.
Is your kitchen handicap accessible?
Yes, the building has an elevator and is completely handicap accessible.

Nuria is great not only at explaining the dishes themselves, but also at mixing in explanations of healthy cooking.
We enjoyed a delicious meal full of tasty and delicious recipes…. Introduce yourself in the tradition of cooking and eating in a large table drinking good wine and tasting delicious self made tapas.
I really enjoyed my cooking class with Nuria. I felt very welcome in her home and was inspired by her beautiful kitchen. I liked being actively involved in preparing the meal and I am looking forward to cooking some of the dishes in my own home! Nuria is knowledgeable and passionate about food. I highly recommend taking one of her classes.
The class was held in Nuria's home which offers a picture perfect example of a classic Catalan styled apartment. Nuria provided tips and tricks throughout the class, along with plenty of interesting anecdotes and nutritional information. I would highly recommend this class to anyone who enjoys cooking and would like to incorporate this into a touristic experience.
